By using DualTicker, you agree to these terms. DualTicker provides tools for viewing, organizing, filtering, and opening third-party feeds and media.

Third-party content

Headlines, articles, feeds, videos, streams, logos, and other publisher content remain the responsibility of their respective publishers. DualTicker does not control their availability, accuracy, licensing, or continued compatibility.

Your sources and content

You are responsible for sources, URLs, and custom HTML that you add to DualTicker, and for using them lawfully. Custom HTML runs in a restricted browser sandbox, but you should still only use content you trust.

Availability

Publishers can change or block feeds, embeds, article pages, or network access without notice. DualTicker may therefore show a source as unavailable, blocked, malformed, or offline rather than presenting missing data as a successful result.

Local data

DualTicker Web stores workspace data in your browser. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, browser policies, or device failure can remove that data. Use the local export feature when you want a backup.

No warranty

DualTicker is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. It is not a substitute for a publisher's original publication, professional advice, or an emergency information service.
